SoonerCare Eligibility

SoonerCare is Oklahoma’s Medicaid program, administered by the Oklahoma Health Care Authority (OHCA) in partnership with the Oklahoma Department of Health. Eligibility depends on factors such as age, household income, family status, disability, pregnancy, and Medicare eligibility.

You may qualify if you belong to one of these groups:

  • Children under 19
  • Adults with children under 19
  • Pregnant women
  • Adults age 19–64 who are not eligible for Medicare
  • Individuals 65 and older

  • Individuals with disabilities
  • Women under 65 needing breast or cervical cancer treatment
  • Men and women age 19 and older with family planning needs through SoonerPlan
  • Former Foster Care Medicaid recipients
